Built for aggressive riders and track use, these forks combine style, strength, and performance. The gloss black lowers feature the TB logo cast directly into the body, while the gold TiN-coated uppers provide a premium appearance and reduced friction for smoother action.
Tuned for Adults
Stock CRF110 forks are designed for lightweight, youth trail riders. TBparts upgrades the setup with adult-weighted HD springs, great for use with our HD DNM rear shocks for balanced handling and superior control. The ported and lengthened damping rods enhance both rebound and compression, keeping the front end stable through rough terrain and jumps.

Installation Notes:
- Forks come pre-filled with 15wt oil.
- For tuning, drain and refill with 5.5oz of your choice of fork oil
- Replacement seals: TBW1598.
Disclaimer: We have extensive racing/jumping testing on this fork design. They are designed very much like the OEM hydraulic telescopic forks with the exception of the features listed above. You can still bend these just as OEM forks will bend when over jumped or flat land. For best results and a long life, do not flat land jumps, and do not jump ramps larger than you would expect the factory forks to withstand (without bending). Considering inverted fork conversions cost three times this bolt on option – these are an unbeatable value!
