Sorry, no checks, money orders, cashiers checks, or COD's allowed. For Protection of our customers WE ONLY SHIP TO CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. If you need your order shipped to another address other then the credit card billing address you will have to have the credit card company add an authorized shipping address to your account. This usually takes 5-10 minutes. Once the authorized address is verified we can then ship out your order. Please note that some credit card companies will not let us verify address's.

RETURNS: You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange your item(s). To return or exchange an item simply e-mail us at xr50parts@msn.com, we will then give you a return authorization number and mailing address. Box the item(s) and write the return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the box and send it to the address below. There is a 20% restocking charge on all items received up to 15 days, After 15 days of receipt of goods there are no returns. NOTE: There is NO Warranty or Returns on Suspension, Motor, And electrical parts. NO Returns on all Custom Made to Order Decals.

Please Note: Upon shipping back your return/exchange to CRF110.COM, all items must be in condition as shipped to you. Also if You return an order that was shipped with free shipping you will not get a full refund. You will receive the purchases price minus shipping charges that we had to pay to ship out the original order.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you feel your item(s) is defective please e-mail at xr50parts@msn.com and explain in detail the defectiveness of your item(s). Please note: Most manufactures warranty their products directly through their company. Contact us for their warranty info. Some companies do not have warranties. Please check with us on warranty info.

Shipping & Handling Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D's. To ship back your return use UPS or Fed Ex. Therefore, you will automatically have an insured package and proof of delivery. USPS is also okay, but be sure to ask for insurance and delivery confirmation.

Shipments to PO Boxes are now accepted. If we are out of an item, we will contact you if there might be something we can substitute it for.  Some items may be shipped separate from the original order. Oversize shipments may have additional shipping charges. (Smaller items under 15.9oz will ship out USPS First Class Mail)

HAWAII and ALASKA Customers, We can Ship UPS/USPS if your address receives regular mail. Most orders over $199.00 would be FREE shipping IF Order will fit in Flat rate envelope or Flat rate box. Bigger items, We will call for approval before shipping with costs. THANKS!!
