These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride.

*** NOTE: For adult riders (±175 lbs), using the BBR damping rods, we run 5.5 oz of 10 wt. fork oil per leg. This is roughly 140mm from the top of the tube with springs out and forks compressed. Heavier (or aggressive) riders should consider 15 or 20 wt. fork oil.
